Our Policy

  POSTAGE RATE CHANGES

  Updating to New Australia Post parcel postage rates 
 
 
Australia Post will, from time to time, revise the rates applicable to parcel postage.
This usually occurs twice per year, around March and September. However it may occur at any time at their discretion.
 
It is our policy to commence quoting new prices, on your calculators, two working days in advance of the formal introduction of revised rates.

  Why do we have this Policy ? 
 
 
We endeavour to allow sellers two days to complete a checkout and post any outstanding items at the old rates. (Rate at which postage was quoted)
Any sales during the two days leading up to the rate increase, can be posted at the new rate when convenient to the seller.

  Where do I find information on the currency of quoted prices ? 
 
 
The date of introduction of current quoted prices can always be found on our homepage.
