(b) Postage rate calculation is provided from Australia to destinations within Australia and also to International locations.
(c) By using the my Postage mate website (the Site ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use which constitute the agreement between you and my Postage mate. 
(d) To use the my postage mate calculator insertion function, you must on each occasion agree to these Terms of Use by clicking on the "I agree, continue" button, but only after having read them.

My postage mate reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms of Use and to add to, change or discontinue any material or information contained in, or any other aspect of, the Site at any time and without notice or liability. My Postage Mate is not responsible for the removal of any script, picture or image placed within a listing by way of your use of this site.
(e) you hereby authorise My Postage Mate, at its sole descretion, to modify or alter the content of your eBay listings by way of insertion of script and images and to otherwise modify or alter auction settings whether relating directly to our service provision or not.

You warrant to my Postage mate that you will not:

(b) impersonate any person, entity or corporation, or enter a fictitious name or entity name on any form on this Site;

	(iii) contains any unsanctioned advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of unsanctioned solicitation, including without limitation junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail; 
	(iv) contains a survey, contest, or pyramid scheme; or 
	(v) contains viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of this Site or another computer, or 

(e) engage in any other conduct that inhibits any other person from using or enjoying this Site.

5. PRIVACY POLICY 

5.1 Operation of the Site 

(a) The my Postage mate Site is operated by my Postage mate (ARBN B1879408U). See ‘Contact Us' for further details. The manager is responsible for the administration of this privacy policy. 

5.2 Collection of personal information 

(a) You may provide personal information to my Postage mate when you click (Agree and Continue) on the eBay Third Party Authorisation screen. The personal information obtained during this process is as follows: 

	(i) Third Party Authorisation provides : eBay UserId, name, phone number, address, email address, standing with eBay and store ownership details. This information is collected for the purpose of maintaining a secure account structure for service users and, where applicable, records of service credits available. 
	(ii) eBay affiliation : my Postage mate is not affiliated with eBay. Our only association is that of an eBay buyer/seller, third party service provider, and member of the eBay partner network. Your ebay user id will only be used by us for the purpose of ensuring that any calculator/gallery placed on an ebay auction page can only be placed by the person who created the auction listing. Checks are performed to ensure ebay Item ID is associated with your ebay user ID prior to insertion of any information or script, within an eBay austion listing. This is necessary to ensure the integrity of the system. 

(b) By clicking (Agree and Continue) on the eBay Third Party Authorisation screen, you are authorising My Postage Mate to conduct eBay functions on your behalf. These functions include, but is not limited to, the insertion and removal of script within your auction item description area and the addition, modification or removal of auction settings associated with shipping and/or postage and insertion and/or removal of script associated with image galleries. You are also authorising My Postage Mate to place an image gallery on all of your eBay listings. These functions may alter the appearance of your listing.

(c) Revoking eBay Third Party Authorisation : The consent, authorising My Postage Mate to conduct eBay transactions on your behalf, can be revoked by yourself at any time by logging on to eBay and selecting "Preferences" - "Third Party Authorisations" and placing a tick in the appropriate box marked "Revoke". For further information see eBay help on "Setting eBay Preferences with My eBay". Authorisation can also be revoked by clicking on the "Unregister" link at the bottom of any My Postage Mate site pages, when logged in on the site.

5.3 Use of personal information 

(a) Personal information collected from you under clause 5.2 will only be used by us for the purposes stated in clause 5.2 and when required by law (eg court order or warrant). Email addresses will certainly not be provided to any third party without your express permission. 

5.4 Access to personal information 

(a) You may access personal information that my Postage mate holds about you by telephone or e-mail request. 
(b) Access will be provided free of charge. My Postage mate will endeavour to provide access in a way that is convenient to you. 

5.5 Security 

(a) my Postage mate takes all reasonable steps to ensure personal information we have collected from you is held securely in an electronic database and in hard copy files. 
(b) Client information will be kept for two (2) years from the closure of an account or last service useage. My Postage mate will delete or destroy this information as soon as practicable after this period elapses. 
(c) Information will be transmitted between eBay and my Postage mate under clause 5.2 using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
